Nearing menopausal stage

I am female 53 years old.

Yes I have met menopause.

I started losing my hair around 5 years ago and have been having Hot Flashes for the past 3 years.

The hot flashes started during the day and I did not think anything about it at first.

Then I started having the hot flashes at night.

Two years ago I stopped having any period.

I still have the hot flashes.

I have talked to friends and have looked stuff up about menopause on the internet.

I really never have felt bad. I go to work 6 days a week and keep busy.
